Just received a special card for this time of year, and its simple message stirred my heart. It was sent by a man of business we know, who is first and foremost a Christian. I feel it should be repeated on this blog:
"We celebrate Jesus, love's pure light."
And the Scriptural passage that accompanied it -- "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him."
(I John 4:9)
What better way to celebrate Christmas -- and Jesus --than reflecting more of God's dear love to all.
